Under Mary’s guidance, Tender Greens expanded to over 30 locations nationwide. She supercharged their loyalty program—growing membership from 100k to more than 300k—resulting in higher repeat visits, trial of new menu offerings, and increased average check size. Equally important, she ensured consistent, seamless marketing across every customer touchpoint, from digital channels to in-store experiences and customer service interactions.
